My setup: I use a BlackBerry Pearl on T-Mobile in the USA. All this method requires is that whatever account you want to push be able to forward email.
1) Sign up for a Gmail account. Gmail will push email to your BlackBerry.
2) In Gmail under settings, go into Accounts. Click Add another email address. Fill out your info for the account you want to push. Gmail will send an email to that account with a link you'll need to click. After you click that link, you'll want to set that account as the default and select always reply from my default address.
3) Now set up your old account to forward to your Gmail address.
4) Set up your BlackBerry to access the Gmail account. There are various ways to do this, including on your phone, but the easiest if you're using most cell providers is to log into the provider's web site and find the link to manage your internet email with BlackBerry (in T-Mobile it's right on the front log in page toward the bottom, under Messaging). Once in BlackBerry, add your Gmail account, and then make sure you edit the account so the reply-to address is the same as the account you want to push. While you're there, create a new filter to filter email from the address you created at Google and the address you're trying to push.
5) If you use a mail client on your computer, you can use Gmail IMAP to get your forwarded email (since Google currently gives you six gigabytes of storage, you might consider just using it to manage all your mail). Follow Google's instructions in their help section to set it up. The only thing you will have to change on your mail client is the "email address" (or "reply-to"). The "email address" setting is usually what the From: field gets set to, so if you put the address you're trying to push in there, then this whole method will be completely transparent.
And there you go. :-)
[Note: Sometimes Google is a little slow to "push" the email, but most of the time it will happen instantly.]
